DONATIONS

L.May Eatery recognizes the need for assistance among the many charitable organizations within our communities. We receive a large number of requests for donations to these worthy causes and we make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. The following guidelines have been established to ensure fair distribution of donations. Before submitting your request, please review the following criteria:

The organization must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
The event or organization must be within the Tri-State Community, within 20 miles of our location: 1072 Main Street, Dubuque Iowa.
All donation requests must be submitted through the online application below. Faxes, emails, phone calls, and mailed submissions will not be accepted.
Donation requests will be reviewed once per month for approval. Please submit your request at least three weeks prior to the event to ensure proper consideration.
